The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with en-suite shower bathroom. This is separated from the other bedrooms for some added privacy and peaceful rest with its own sitting area and mounted television. The master bedroom is directly connected to the sun/gameroom for easy access to family/friends and the relaxing pool. The air-conditioned sunroom is a perfect place to have fun and is equipped with a TV, comfortable sitting area, card table, table tennis, a foosball table, and plenty of classic board games to make new memories!

 

The spacious backyard is furnished with chair loungers for sunbathing or sleeping under the umbrellas. Have lunch at the poolside table or spend time with friends in the shade on comfortable couches under the outdoor shelter.

 

The other end of the house boasts 3 bedrooms, two of which have spacious queen beds and the third with 2 separate twin beds so each may have their own space!

 

The main living room boasts an open floor design with a soft, sectional couch with an ottoman, accent chair, and mounted large screen television. not have its own bath, so these guests can share either the primary or guest room baths. The kitchen is upgraded with granite countertops and upgraded appliances that will bring out the chef in anyone! Break bread with your family and friends at the dining room table or sit and have a morning coffee or tea at the breakfast nook from a variety of well stocked Keurig pods. LAUNDRY: Keep your clothing fresh and clean with our large capacity washer and dryer, iron and ironing board during your stay.
